B10.3 Easter Weekend

Last weekend I had a lot of housework. We also baked some cakes (easter gingerbread, banana cakes, chocolate cakes, easter lamb marble cake, chocolate bunnies, Bishop's Bread, paska bread, 
Spinach potato cake).
I spent this Easter with my daughter in London.
We stayed at the Ibis hotel near Heathrow Airport.
We saw a lot of interesting places. I took photos
with famous people in Madame Tussaud's.
We also did a lot of shopping. We went out for diner
in a fish and chips restaurant, Poppies. 
We returned home tired and happy.

On Easter we stayed with our family in Central Slovakia.
It snowed there for two days - it was beautiful!
Our grandchildren visited us - they were very cheerful!
On Easter Monday there was nothing traditional
- my husband, son-in-law and grandson ignore it.
My daughter and her husband went cross country skiing.

• We had festive home-made breakfast.

• In the afternoon the weather was bad, so we stayed home, ate a lot of sweets and drank coffee.

• On Saturday afternoon, I went for a walk.

• We visited the Slovak National Gallery. 
• We drank coffee at the Danube river bank.
• 
  
• After returning, I cleaned my flat and cooked.
•
